You are saying "ghost update means the status improves to a more progressive state" which is absolutely correct. Ottawa VO generally sends several GU's before ppr but historically NDVO only sends one or two gu's before ppr mail which makes ndvo's gu very important.

I was one of them.

Ghost is nothing but the incoming ppr signal and many people get ppr directly without any ghost updates. So, there is nothing to worry about it.

That's very encouraging. I hope they clear June- July applications fast unlike May ones.

I predicted this tie break thing 3 days back. Its insane but logical given the high no of candidates in the pool.

Tie breakers were hardly a issue in pre Jan 2019 era. But now apart from draw score they too seem to be play a major role. Candidates with score 448-450 are rising as well so i think tie break date will be much earlier one to first accomadate early candidates. PS: I serioulsy feel for the guys...
