    Oh, "inspect" is related to the new online application portal only. My application was submitted by paper last year, so I am using either GCKey or the Client Application Status tool to check for the status.

    Has anyone used Client Application Status tool to check the PR renewal application history? I am able to authenticate with UCI / application number and see the status (Decision Made), but as soon as I click on it to see the status details I get this error: SORRY ...this on-line service is...
