As far as I know, there is nothing like first come first serve thing applied while processing the application. The application processing phase where application might get stuck is security check because it is dependent on third-party agencies like Interpol, local police or other investigation...

NDVO is silent this week. Only 1 PPR reported yesterday. Anybody somewhere got PPR news from NDVO, please let us know.

I am eager to change my status to PPR, and I wish I could also post "I still can't believe this" message sooner. Happy that December guys are getting PPR.
