I feel a little relaxed seeing others in the same boat as well. I applied at 12:15 pm and haven't received anything (no AOR / no link). Very curious how they are actually processing the applications. It seems like first come first serve but with some anomalies.

I did mine at Immigration Medical Toronto and they said explicitly - do NOT call to ask if we’ve submitted. We will submit within 10 days. I tried to call this past week (it’s been one and a half months) and no one answered.

What was your medical timeline like? Appointment date? Date when report was sent by your panel physician? Medical passed? And specifically how long between report sent and medical passed?

Single. IG. Did biometrics. PCC up front. Medical LOE (did medical on May 20). Applied from Toronto/plan to reside in Toronto - if that matters.

As far as I know, you can travel but you need to make sure you are able to re-enter and be in Canada physically when they approve your PR. I also feel like by December most of us would have PR then.

To the (very few) people who received PR portal emails, is there anything about how to prove you are physically in Canada at time of COPR? I haven’t received AOR yet (May 6th 12:15 EST IG submission) but I have a wedding to attend at the end of July in the US and might stay just for a few weeks...

I have previously submitted a web form to update the medical since I got it after May 6th, and haven’t heard back. I originally attached an LOE. Once we get our AOR, should I submit the web form again with the application #?
