If you or your wife planning to leave Canada then you need to renew PR else you don’t have to renew. My PR expired June 15 and my oath was on July 1st.

Thank you Jayson. Also I forgot to mention the daughter’s passport is about to expire in feb 2019.So should the passport be renewed and then applied to citizenship or is it ok to apply without renewing the passport.

What does your status show If it is still inprocess since you have passed the test it will change to decision made if they have all the required documents and after a month or so from decision made you will receive oath request email which will have oath date.

You should be receiving oath request email within a month and oath could be in July or August .

Every application is different. Have patience . Since it is inprocess you will be receiving fp request or test request soon.

my status is just " DECISION MADE" . I saw a few posts that said Decision made with canadian address? Please paste how it looks when you check your status application & would be thankful if someone explains it.
