Hi everyone I am new to this forum and just submitted the depend sponsorship for my daughter in March. Could anyone please tell me Once you have reached the passport request stage, does it mean the sponsorship application has been approved? Also the passport means the dependent’s passport?

From what I read on the Canada.ca website I believe the timeline starts from the day CIC receives your application.
