Reza, I already passed 16th month on May 11th. I called CIC and they said everything is OKAY and I have passed my background check!. My biggest concern was that background check for Iranian applicant may take longer. But the CIC agent said I have passed! I hope we get something, soon.

What is going with early Jan applicants? Many of them are waiting for DM while March applicants have gotten PPR. I cannot believe this unfairness of CIC.

You need to call them. When you try to call, you will not be transferred to an agent, for 6-7 times. but keep ceiling and they will transfer you, eventually. Just keep calling.
