i call them every Wednesday and Friday.. sometimes I got to talk them in my first try only , someday I couldn’t make it even after many try. Try tomorrow either 8 am or after 5:45 pm for Toronto time.

I read somewhere in this thread got ADR and got PPR very next day after submission. So hope for the best. May i know what kind of documents they asked for?. Because i am also November 5 AOR and no movement after IP2 on April 25th

Does anyone know what does secondary office mean in Notes. I have creation date of 2010 in notes with 3 offices (CIO, CPC-Vegreville, OSC). i was never there in that year. i went for vacation in 2004 and 2012 but not 2012. it is mentioned under secondary office.
