For adults you should have a separate email id and only you will have an access to your e-certificate but not your wife, for example. Regards kids, I am not too much of help here. sorry

Not sure if Notes would help but you should try out to get their "attention" to your file. That is the main good use of ordering GCMS notes, not even the info itself

@CABA According to tracker history, on September 22 and on September 29 citizenship oath is changed to "in progress"

@CABA My test has been marked as "completed" on May 23. Citizen ceremony scheduled on October 16.
