Agree with expapp123. These are different agencies, so it doesn't matter. CSIS notes take something like 2+ months to arrive, so just order, and forget about them for a while.

I'm outside Canada, so I used www.getgcms.com for CSIS and sometimes also www.visafile.info for GCMS notes. Both seem work well.
