Start-Up Visa application in September 2020 along with my teammates and we received our pre-arrival letter in May -Jun 2023. Maximum time taken after PAL is 3 months. I don't know what really stopping them from issuing COPR. IRCC site says the processing time is 37 Months, we are in 36th month...

after visa stamped even if your medical expired you can land in canada.

if you have the application number starts with the letter "E" no need to consider the X.

yes if the COPR didn't issue by 16th FEB 2024 I have to undergo the medical again.

I too dont have Surname. Solution: just enter your full name as per the passport also don't forget to remove "X" from your application number.

Don't worry ... Go to https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do 1. selection "application number" from Identification box (for application number Just remove "X" from your temporary application number) 2. If you don't have surname put your fullname. 3.DOB as per Passport (MM/DD/YYYY)...
