file lodge on 13th may medical done on 1st may Tb history so they asked for sputum test it will update after 20th august biometrics done on 7th july correspondence letter on 14th july WITHOUT medical update is it a good sign?

thank u for ur reply but what if i am not able to produce sputum because usually i do not produce any sputum not even at the time of TB so is there any other way they can test the sample or any other test to confirm i still have tb or not?
