Which visa office?? I was able to catch hold of customer care agent and they said it would be few days to get the card

Its a normal thing. Even though you upload a coloured one,it will show up B&W

Congrats. Just keen to ask something. Regarding e-COPR did you get any sort of update in the email for that or did u download it from the PR portal?

Actually the VO would be at the bottom of the email( signature) of the pdf they send named applicationnumber.pdf. i got to know mine from that pdf where it states Etobicoke.. No update yet from them..will surely post here the status once I hear from them

How did you call Etobicoke visa office?

Just fill the ircc web form and mention your urgency as your work permit is nearing expiry. Hope they will respond

I read on some thread to mention about yohr case by emailing to the following address IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca Keeping cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca in cc--- if its been too long for E-COPR

Right now I am just waiting assuming holidays were there. Some of the people already had their copr available to download once they reset their password for the portal and some people got it after 4-5 days. There isn't any timeline regarding copr download on the new portal
