Went from NA2 to IP2. yesterday

I didn' got direct ita. I got ita because I got PNP nomination. I'm eligible for 2121 also but at that position can only show 1 year experience. instead of 10years. please let me know if I am not understanding you clearly. any advice is helpful.

Dear, I attached just experience letters on official letter head ( of all the jobs current as well previous) which clearly stated job timings, Work duties and duration of the job I.e, from year to year. And plus I attahed pay slips, which were more than enough. No other doc was asked of me...
