We had to cancel my mom's travel ticket to Canada on 30 Nov. I wish we knew the biometrics are going to open in Canada from Dec 2019. Anyways, it is still a very welcoming news for us all.

Wow congratulations. I am a Jun 5 applicant too and eagerly waiting for my mum's biometrics, as she is planning to travel to Canada on 30 Nov. Fingers crossed, hope we receive her biometrics request in 1-2 days. If not, she will have to rebook her tickets.
