Once you get RPRF request you are almost there. There is no time frame from RPRF to PPR for me it took 53 days. But if you received RPRF then you do not have to worry unless there is issue on the background check but that is in very rare case.

Don't worry, it seems that all the Jan and start feb Aor are waiting for the PPR. I also paid RPRF on 29th April and still waiting. i am not worried because PPR is pending for all the people and not just us. So chill and wait for the best.

Its been 43 days I paid RPRF but still no PPR, even my background still shows not needed at this time. There is no movement on the file since month and half.My passport is going under the 6 months frame and I have to now renew it by paying more $$$ in urgent.

I just spoke with CIC call center and the lady was so nice and she took time to get the information and informed that the only thing matters is that you should have a valid passport and it doesn't matter if its under 6 months.

I guess you might be right but they give us like few days to pay the fee so they should check once the dead line passes. But lets hope for the best and see what happens...

I guess we will get the PPR in june 1st week. If any one who got PPR can give their views and share experience.
