I sent photos to Etobicoke on 27th Nov, Delivered 1st December. Application was only linked on January 14th and no update after that.

It's not necessary that you'll get a phone call. In some cases they don't even call. I didn't get any call, just got my profile updated to "approved" and got my COPR in the email next day.

It's not about Photo receiving. It's when they enter your file to the system which can take forever. I was able to link my application 45 days after my photos were delivered.

Not meeting photo requirements does not necessarily mean 6 months old. It could be a smile in the photo, not enough lighting or not even not meeting the measurements so it can be anything.

Your post is confusing itself. You title says "PR rejected worked 19 days without work permit" But then you say, they refused it for missing document. You should get your GCMS notes to know exact reason of rejection. If they rejected for missing documents, they can do that because it's your...

It should not affect your PR application and as you mentioned you have already disclosed it so no issues. In some cases if there is a visa refusal/denial, the file goes to "Review Required" where they look into details of the refusal/denial but it does not affect your PR application.

I sent mine via Canada post and were delivered on 2nd business day (December 1st) to Etobicoke office. I'm not sure why is your taking so long. But I have yet to hear about my PR card from the office.
