    Same thing happened to me… you already have a pr portal created so just do the forgot password and create new password. It’s all good.

    1. For Montreal they won’t send any response mail saying they received, so just wait for portal 2 now .. you will get it. 2. The agent said that it doesn’t matter if you respond even after 7 days…

    I’m not sure tooo. Because my agency submitted it for me and it was a color photo but after submitting it tired into black and white. you can take photo and ask them to give digital copy, I did mine in that way

    I got P1 in April 3rd and replied April 4th. haven’t received any response yet!! VO Montreal
