Did you follow to IRCC? We don’t get any status update only citizenship test

Anyone here have same status? We applied September 2022, due to eligibility issues we withdraw and re-applied as advised. Second application filed on September 2023, only citizenship test completed. Others are In progress. Follow ups and emails have been sent, but nothing happened. Anyone here...
