Dear poiuy, My eligibility status back in April was " Review Required". I believe Eligibility, Security and Criminality all goes in parallel but Eligibility seems to be major factor. Once Eligibility is cleared, CIC appears to be sending out medicals to applicants. Hope this helps and wishing...
