Mine never changed to in process. Just file received but have received correspondence for additional documents and medicals. I think it changes for some and not everyone

CIC account you mean in GC Key? i checked and there are no messages there. Does VO update the GC key cause mine doesnt show any changes except fine is in process(pretoria) and says my son dont need medicals . they just updated the online tool saying they sent correspondence .Thanks

No I came first. Then after being confirmed here and email was sent to Pretoria day and a confirmation of PR was issued so she sent in her passport for visa and she was here in two weeks
