Delhi IRCC- took 2 weeks (To sent and receive from Kerala) (BlueDart) passports picked-up on August 27 and Delhi VFS received package on Sept 1 Application approved on Sept 9th Passports Received back on Sept 13th.

2 way courier- if you are applying via VFS India, BlueDart will collect passports from the address you provide. Once the application is approved, they will deliver the passports back. For our application , took 14 days to sent/receive passports (Kerala - IRCC Delhi)

Yes it is normal, we received both passports back from Delhi IRCC. Our letter was only mentioning principal applicant's name.

mine is Valid from Sept 2021 to July 2022 (Medical expiry)

There is no stamp or signature from immigration officer on COPR, so I believe it s not valid until they land in Canada.

Received my parents' passports back from IRCC Delhi, they sent COPR (Is that normal ?, I thought they have to land Canada for COPR )and stamped single entry Immigrant Visa .Only took a week to sent and receive passports)

Please book tickets via AbuDhabi, the tickets rates are high, so I would say wait until September 21st (I heard Canadian govt will lift the current flight ban from India). My understanding is there is no travel restrictions for PR and Canadian citizens.
