Totally agree. Such poor service would warrant an apology, refunding of a decent portion of the fees and revamping of the immigration process. But here we are. A certain bunch of people have been made to suffer due to IRCC incompetence.

No, they didn't approve it. I spoke to the attorney of the company who applied it and they said that they'll cancel the BOWP.

Yes. So the timeline is kind of weird. My WP was expiring on 09th April. my PR application got approved on 17th March but they didn't send a COPR by 20th March. So, I applied for BOWP to be on safer side. I got my COPR on 21st April and therefore i was on implied status by then.

Best to do that. I also did the same by end of March to be on the safer side.

If you are planning to forward the COPR to the right person by yourself then I wonder if it is a good idea.
