You should make two "Work History" form entries. One in which you answer "Yes" to "Studying full-time while doing this job?" (for the time you worked under the study permit), and another one where you answer "No" (for the time you've been on PGWP).

Do you only start getting Canadian experience points for FSW after one year of experience under a work permit? I know that Canadian experience gained while studying does count towards the minimum requirements for FSW, which is what caused the confusion for me.
