    Open a new profile and indicate that you have nomination from a MPNP. They would generate a letter to saying you should reach out to MPNP to send the nomination again. Then reach out to MPNP and they would resend it. It would take several days to be generated though.

    True, there are specific people to sponsor. But this is a complicated case. So, who decides who to take care of him here? He is fully Canadian. Does this not qualify for H&C grounds? He can't come back alone to Canada.
