They only answer to paying customers it seems. Even on youtube, you need to be a member and pay like $5 or something to get an answer. I don't see anything wrong with it tbh, it's their business, not charity. There are plenty of other resources out there.

I raised a webform on 21st Sept mentioning the above and so far i haven't heard anything from them. I even DM'd them on twitter but they said they can't reply on case specific inquiries there (Twitter). So i suppose i'll just wait. Thanks for your advice. Appreciate it.

Unless i'm mistaken, it will be your local office that will be stamping the PR on your passport (which will be soon god willing).
