The title says it all! Information on cic.gc is really vague. Do I need an LMIA in my job offer to get the points? I have been working for this employer for a year now on a PGWP.

My PGWP just got approved, with no email! I applied on August 2nd, and at the time I applied, my study permit was expired. I paid the restoration fee in September and sent the receipt, and have not been working since the graduation.

Thanks. I paid and sent a receipt for $350 for restoring my status using the web form according to that. So, am I not eligible to work until my PGWP approves? Or is there anything I can do to justify my case? Since I am about to get a job offer in a day or two.
