My in-laws landed on 10 May. Hope they get their cards soon.

Talked to a CIC Officer and apparently the PR card processing time is 66 days now. The Officer indicated that, this means the CIC people will look the application after 66 days and will start processing the case. It may take 4-6 weeks after that for the PR cards to arrive.

Rish888 is correct! Talked to a CIC Officer and have been advised to apply for a replacement Record of Landing document through VOS application. Thanks again for all your helpful comments.
