My application was delivered on April 01 i haven't received any emails from cic but today i login to cic website use the uci number i found my application status changed to application received.It was no status or information before.

Yes,cic requested additional documents on Nov 3rd.

Feb 18th applicant with two dependents got DM on March 5th and PPR on April 4th.I sent the passport on the same day and had it back on April 20th and landed the same day.Good luck guys!

Just the landing paper,you don't need to wait your PR card to change it.
