When I open my IRCC account now, I see a "Continue application" that has a few forms but nowhere can I see a section/place where I can upload the documents required. I also don't see a check a checklist. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Your express entry creation date is not the decider I think. your score is locked from the time you get your ITA. Once you have the ITA, it won't be revoked because of age. But if you're not picked for ITA yet, I think your score will drop because of your age.

Once you receive your ITA, you get 2 months to submit documents and a total of 6 months for them to process your pr . If your age is changing in those two months or the 6 months, it doesn’t matter. Your ITA ant profile are still valid.

They wouldn't care about keeping the score high. Why would they? All they would care about is allowing only the top layer of the people who applied. The interest to apply to canada has simply increased recently. It's just a cascading effect. This can be seen from the overall pool size which...

Yup. 481 is the max for people applying from outside. I honestly never thought that people with Canadian degrees have to still compete in the pool. I guess I wasn't aware.

I'll pose the same question to you as before. I'm genuinely curious. How is your score above 490? I thought with masters and 3+ work experience, you're maxed out at 481?

You should get it as long as you are in the pool. That Nov 8th is just the date when they took a screenshot of the pool. The draw was done today.
