I mean emailing them. If you filed an online application then there’s an option at the bottom of the page which goes something like “case specific enquiry” or “enquiry”. You click on it and then fill out a form and enter all your information. I always get a reply back within 24 hours. Good luck.

I would suggest mailing them. They normally reply back within a couple of days.
