Did you receive any notifications after passport pick up? I’m not sure if they send out any mail that passport has been received etc…

Yeah I did sent a webform for more supporting documents of my Parents but never followed up on the status of application.

Finally Received the PPR. Application Submitted - April 12 Biometric Submitted - April 19 Biometric status changed for Father - April 19 Eligibility Started - May 12 Biometric status changed for Mother - June 2 PPR and BVL - June 19

I have applied through new portal in April'2022 and still waiting on the progress. So, it's completely based on luck and application.

Status got updated today for Biometric Completion.

Applied from Canada for my Parents on New Portal. I think, it's still considered as Outland application as they are in India.

Sorry, sent email to VFS Canada Visa Information Service Centre for India office .

I sent an email to VAC office where Biometrics was done. They have forwarded the details further to relevant team. Will inform if status gets updated.
