As of now, you cannot enter Canada.

There are thousands of application/profiles in the pool who applied prior to you. PNP draw mechanism is not clear at the moment but as far as I've observed it picks profiles on NOC demand and first come first serve basis. It takes approx. 6-8 months to get a NOI. Good Luck

Hello, You can read my timeline and calculate it easily. The timeline will differ from where you start the count. For example, if i take 24th August 2018, the day when i created my EE Profile to PPR Date which is 31st Jan 2020, it took me 525 days. About 1 year 7 months.
