@naim, at this stage…. They are trying to inform/expedite removal. NOW….. it’s only deferral and stay of motion that is left for you to do(needs to be done ASAP)…..if AIP is not issued by the day CBSA instructed/booked your ticket for removal(which might be too late, if deferral/stay of motion)...

Yes, please do. H&C is the only way to have your PR status for now in your situation. Deferral and stay of motion are just temporary way to allow you stay in Canada….. and it’s usually for a period of time.

So sorry to hear this. As long as you are still here, there is hope. Deferral and stay of removal are granted for a reason/request. All you need to do is to present the best you know will allow it granted, and hopefully for a longer period, till your new H&C will be successful. Do you already...

How long did it take from when you submitted documents, that the portal photo download mail was received?

Does anybody have idea of timelines…of getting stage 2 approved/Decision made after submitting requested documents like Police Cert, pay stubs etc?

It shall surely end in praise. I know how it feels…this process is a matter of “patience”. Just continue to do the right thing and what is expected of you as a responsible individual. It shall be good news at the end of the day.

Nothing to worry about. It is most likely something was omitted during the test, not input in your submission or not clear to them when reading etc. Go and do it ASAP……..wish you good luck.

Congrats. Request to send in some docs/requirements to be accessed to determine stage 2 approval(if you have not). Time frame for stage 2 varies, as I have noticed. Just be optimistic yours will come soon.

There are other things to be met before Stage 2 approval comes….like passing Medicals, criminal checks, police cert/check (places he lived since turning 18yrs for more than 6months, financial stand. If all these are “good”…. then he has to wait for (no timeline with what I know), a portal email...
