I do not have an answer for that. However I submitted my application in Feb 2021 and the IRCC only started to process in Apr 2023, everything passed excluding security. Now I am undergoing comprehensive secuirty screening (since July 2023, so yes 11 months being stuck in security screnning...

I applied in Feb 2021, undergoing comprehensive security screening right now, I did not get a PAL... I suspect that is because I have came 3 years ago and still in Canada? Also this is our 39th months(almost 40 months)... this is ridiculous

Hi guys, I applied in Feb 2021, group of 2 (incubator). On my GCMS notes it states my application was processed on April 2023, didn’t have to do medical (I could still use medical from WP as I’m still in Canada), Eligibility passed etc. The one and only thing left is comprehensive security...

Hi Jeff, my application is 1212 days now (39 months, almost 40), applied Feb 21 and everything passed except security undergoing comprehensive screening. Did not go thru peer review, I just don’t understand how and why there’s no updates.
