Wooow ... I also got my MR same day with you. But I only got to do the medical test on 29th and 30th November and I passed the test on 08 December. I am also doing Mpnp. I am hoping to also receive my PPR soon. Thank you so much for sharing this information with us.

I got the medical request mail on the 9th of November, 2021 and I went to do the test on the 30th of November and 1st of December. Medical passed update on the 8th of December. I am a Nigerian but lives in South Africa.

I'm an outland applicant. AR Dec Yes. I also fall into this category of people. I'm an outland applicant. AR December 4, 2019 AOR : Feb 2019 Biometric: Feb 2019 PAL : July 2019 Since then nothing nothing, no medical request. And my progress is now 78%.

Same with mine, it is going to a year now that I got my PAL. Since then no message from IRCC and my status percentage is 69%. No medical request yet
