I received my pr card in the mail today, February 17

Do you guys know how long it will take to receive the pr in mail? They mailed mine on February 10, Still nothing in the mail. when I checked the normal delivery times for Canada post it says 4 business says for national mails.

I’ve sent a web form couple of days ago, they just emailed me saying(We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your card has been approved and sent for production) do you guys know how long approximately will it take?

On the online account, the application status changed from submitted to application/profile updated, then back to submitted. Apparently this called a ghost update , it means some one opened or checked your application.

I’ve got a ghost update on Jan 27, but nothing after that. mine was delivered on October 27

You received it without them updating the application online, on the ircc portal?

Sorry I really don’t remember what options I clicked, it was something to do with checking a current application, I think the first option is one. That being said, I tried to call them many times without success but this time I got through.

I just called them today (Jan 30) , the agent told me that they're working on photo retakes received before Oct 11. The agent told me based on the notes he could see, that they actually opened my envolope but couldn't tell me exactly when it was opened. So I guess I'll just wait until they work...

Yes it’s optional. It’s like the office’s notes, You request it to see the progress of your application and where it is at.
