I called CIC on 03-Oct and was told the application was approved (I didn't ask when it was approved), no PPR yet either. FSW-O, CPC Ottawa. Let's hope we get it by end of this month...

Guys I just called CIC and got to know my application is approved and PPR should come soon (no comment on when though). I suggest those waiting call CIC as well. I called this number: +1 613 944 4000 (key in 1 1 1 2 2 2 2 0). All the best to us.

Hi, I have 1 degree in Education, 1 degree in IT, and I can claim points for 2 degrees. So I think you can, as long as you have done ECA for both. Of course just my 2 cents and I'm no expert here.

I both raised a CSE and sent an email to Ottawa. It took me more than 1 month to hear from them (not a email reply, but an update in my profile).

Thank you all for the advice. I think if I send documents by email, it makes sense to limit all files to 5MB. But if I upload them to myCIC, not sure what is the rational... Does the system really check total size of all files being uploaded and reject certain file ... I have total 16 PDF...
