contacted my mp and they spoke to the ircc

I contacted an MP and they found out my file was approved on october 21st by the montreal vo and sent to the etobicoke vo and is in queue. no portal email or ecopr yet. it's about the same time as my medicals were approved for the second time.

I'm in the same situation as you. Application was approved on October 21st but no email, apparently it's been transferred from the Montreal VO to Etobicoke VO and it's in queue

I'm trying to get in touch with a lawyer and applying for a Mandamus appeal. Seems like that's my only option. My application has been in eligibility review for over a year

can you tell me which lawyer you used, and how you went about this process

me. I might be going the mandamus route. My work permit is going to expire in january and my company needs to spend money again on getting it renewed. Also i met a homeless old 70 year old crazy lady who said she worked for the IRCC for 25 years. (unrelated but it was a strange day)

still waiting, contacted an MP and got to know that they havent done anything with my application, they did remember to ask me for the RPRF fees in january though. I want to take legal action against them but obviously I cannot, this is borderline abuse the way they treat people

i contacted a local mp and they said they will reach out to the ircc on my behalf. it's worth a shot. couldn't get through to the ircc agents no matter what, webforms have been unanswered since january and they keep talking about afghanistan and ukraine and there's always going to be some new excuse
