I saw the letter for that rejection/require explanation within 60 days after approval. Hence, I have to assume that you can come back to Canada and inform the officer within 7 days from approval, that you came back to Can. I am not sure if they are still accepting outside Canada while approving...

It says clearly that you can leave during processing and have to be in Canada during approval in the tr pr policy. U can leave while processing and come back to Canada, before approval. Unfortunately, this is the situation.

It is so weird. Applied for Gcms every 2 months, received only once before my Aor. Never received it after at all even after applying many times. After portal, I received GCMS. Unbelievable.
