Yes, calling IRCC would be the best option to get the latest update. Usually immigration officer update all the status just before the approval(I read this in other forums, not my personal experience) so you may not see latest updates in your account. You can call them at 1-888-242-2100, they...

Thank you. my case status is exactly similar to you(criminality is in progress) except my AOR is June 30. My bio status is also completed(updated on Oct 16) . Let’s see how long it gonna take , if you get any update please let us know here.
