Folks who are in US on Visa and became Canadian citizens while staying in US, how did you declare to USCIS about your Canadian citizenship?

My Canadian immigration journey came to an end yesterday. Passport application sent from US. Reached on - 2/18 Money debited - 2/20 Passport and certificate received together - 3/9 Received via overnight Fedex. Thanks everyone on this forum and good luck. Time to sign out :).

For in person ceremonies do they give the citizenship certificate rigyt away or is it mailed like virtual?

Thanks. My application is now showing "Refused". Does anyone know what's the next step now? I'll just receive my passport back or do I receive any official email with reason for rejection?

Anyone knows the timeline to open the packet for dropbox? My documents reached Ottawa on 2nd March. On the portal it still shows "No status".

Canadian citizens don't need a visa to enter US irrespective of visa type/status (new/renewal). Period.Your son doesn't need any interview and will get H4 at port of entry.

I'm a non-canadian citizen and filed for L1-B visa. After paying DS-160 fees it tells me to send my documents to the consulate (dropbox). But for L1 applicants there's a $500 fraud prevention fee. Can anyone tell me where/how to pay this fee? Emailed the consulate (Ottawa) but haven't heard...

Yea everyone from GTA has that. In process since June 5th. For GTA applicants things are just not moving.
