I keep googling timelines from photo & address submission to ECOPR, it seems like until a few months ago it would literally take one or two days... It's just so profoundly sad, that even after an application is approved, they still make you wait this long... It's nuts.

It's a pretty strange part of the process to put on hold... As you say, at this point everyone would have been approved already anyway, it's just confirming a photo (which even a computer could do)

For sure it would need to be when the eCoPR is actually issued.

Any news for you? I got my email invitation on the 6th, responded on the 13th, I even resent it since, I've not heard anything back.
