    Unless they just introduced this, there's no such thing as an online citizenship certificate. What you receive is a form that you need to sign and send. The actual certificate will be sent via mail in 2 to 4 weeks.

    No. You need to present the original certificate. Not even a copy is accepted.

    You'll have to apply at a passport centre. However, keep in mind that you might not have even received your citizenship certificate by June 20th, and it is required for applying for a passport. Mine took 3 weeks to arrive.

    Yes, when you post it you'll receive a tracking number and you'll be able to confirm that it was delivered.

    The ghost update it's usually when the card is sent to production. You probably linked the application after it. You should see the approved next week.
