    Hai all , I know we don’t have embassies open and have to apply for PCC via postal, is it possible to submit other documents and pay fee , and submit PCC and medical later, because the fee will be more if we submit after April 30 Please post your views Thanks

    Hi, 1. I recently got my ITA on April 16th 2020 under CEC. I also attained sibling 15 points as he landed on March 7th 2020 and have his COPR, residence proof here. He didn't receive his PR card as I believe PR card issuance is on hold due to COVID. My question is, Can I submit his COPR for PR...
