it has been almost two years now since they announced the cancellation of old applications and i still didn't get my refund check! SHAME ON the Canadian government! what kind of government is this?!

I also Have the same exact issue ,i sent my form to FSWFeeReturn-RetourdefraisTQF <FSWFeeReturn@cic.gc.ca> back in April 2013 and got a confirmation by end of May 2013 but i didnt get ANY further update ,i repeatedly sent many reminders in vain ,can any one tell us what can we do about this?
