Upfront Medical was Aug 2020. a month ago it was changed to "No Medical Needed" and eventually change to PASSED this month. What is your medical status now?

I am of the same case/timeline as you(24Sep2020) , but my nomination/PNP is without restrictions. I have my Bridging work permit that will expire on Apr 2022. I believe, you are able to apply for BOWP, if needed . I have received my portal medical update last month (reflecting I don't need it)...
