Congrats, In case of showing "In review with IRCC", how did you receive your ECOPR? It is supposed to download the ECOPR from portal, confirmation section. Isn't it correct?

Hi @Captain911 I believe that no matter which one is written. I think that your PR application has been approved on Oct 13 and just portal has remained for you. Mine was written just 'final decision' but it moved forward and now it is stuck in confirmation step!!! Don't you worry!
