PPR it is guys. Thanks everyone on the forum who helped directly or indirectly. DM made on 21 Aug. I have been told to submit passports to visa office in New Delhi. But, since I'm living in South Africa I'll raise a CSE to request if I can get it stamped here itself.

I submitted my PCC, RPRF receipt and copy of new passport (passport I submitted with application expired) on 24 June. I got DM made this morning. Waiting for PPR now. Your timeline also looks quite similar to me. So, I suppose you would also get it very soon. All the best.
