    Can we use Celpip Score of 6 for Dependent to increase CRS score?

    Hi, If Primary cleared the Celpip minimum cut off of 7 each section and dependent score of 6 in one or two section. Can we use this dependent celpip scores in express entry? i heard from some one, we can use score of 6 or above for dependents. Please advice. Thank you
